How is a 230° wide-beam different from a normal headlamp?
Normal headlamps create a narrow “spotlight tunnel.” A 230° wide beam lights your full field of view so you don’t keep turning your head to see what’s beside you.
Is it spot or flood? Will it light up far ahead?
Our wide-beam headlamps are designed for flood (near-to-mid range visibility). HaloBeam 230 models also include a second focused LED for a bit more reach—perfect for switching between “area light” and “look ahead.”
How long does the battery last?
The HaloBeam 230 is USB-C rechargeable, with runtime varying by brightness/mode (often “up to ~8 hours” on low settings)
Is it waterproof? Can I use it in heavy rain?
It’s IPX4 splash-proof (rain/sweat OK). Avoid dunking it, and don’t blast it with a hose.
